Ten different songs, ten different journeys. The songs talk about how we feel as a band among the streams within the music spell. The first song of this album talks about the great power of love and it ends with an hymn to youthness. On track #6, called "Land of Hope and dreams", we pay tribute to Bruce Springsteen, and on "Shine" to June Carter Cash (Johnny Cash's wife). Liam O' Maonlai from Hothouse Flowers is the special guest on "Men Improve the Years"
